Understanding the Mind: Its Conditional and Impersonal Nature
Dharma Talk with Mark Nunberg
For our monthly Sunday dharma talk, Mark Nunberg will join us to discuss “Understanding the Mind: Its Conditional and Impersonal Nature.”
Understanding the mind liberates us from all of our oppressive misconceptions. The Buddha’s teaching on dependent origination describes suffering in the mind as a conditional unfolding process. This process is transformed when the mind sees this conditional unfolding clearly. Release and freedom is the natural and inevitable result of clear seeing.
Mark Nunberg is the Guiding Teacher at Common Ground Meditation Center in Minneapolis, MN and is one of the Supporting Teachers at the NBMC.
