Join us for a time of guided meditation, questions, a short dharma talk, and discussion. Led by Mark Nunberg this monthly session is designed to support and enhance one’s meditation practice. Open to everyone, and to both beginning and experienced meditators.
Mark Nunberg is the Guiding Teacher at Common Ground Meditation Center in Minneapolis, and is a Supporting Teacher of the NBMC.
