How to Practice Meditation (according to the Buddha)

Bhante Sathi
Thursdays, Sept. 17; Oct. 1, 15, 29; Nov. 5, at 6-7:30 p.m.
For beginners and folks with more experience practicing, these meetings with Sri Lankan monk Bhanti Sathi will offer some instruction in meditation and Buddhist practice in general, along with sitting time. We welcome all who are interested to any or all of these sessions.
Bhante Sathi, a frequent visitor to the Northfield group, is a Buddhist monk originally from Sri Lanka who practices in the Theravadan tradition. He is affiliated with The Triple Gem of the North, which is based in St. Peter and is active in teaching Buddhism in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Chanhassen, St. Peter, and Mankato.
