This year once again the NBMC will offer a Children’s Circle class for kids 3-9 years old and their parents. Classes will meet on the third Sunday of each month from 3-4:30pm at the NBMC. Children will learn to meditate, do yoga with a certified instructor, and learn about Buddhism in a fun, peaceful atmosphere of exploration. Everyone is welcome.
The Children’s Circle is led by Justin Merritt and Melissa Sharpe.
